The Johnnys - Highlights of a Dangerous Life LP

Cowpunkish rock and roll from Bondi Junction, NSW.

I really enjoyed this band, kind of reminds me of X and Rank and File with a dose of Blood on the Saddle maybe even a little Elvis Hitler in there too.

If this was released now, it would probably be considered alt. country, which is just fine by me.

12 songs including a cover of Hoyt Axton's "Green Back Dollar" and a song about "The Marty Robbins Died."

Apparently they released a lot of music in their native Australia, however this is the only thing that I have by this band.

Released in 1986 on Enigma Records.
